Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Hours – Monday-Friday 10am-4pm
Location – Anywhere
Salary – negotiable with experience.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
1. Client customer liaison
2. Technician assignment dispatcher / confirm ticket closure
3. Answer company 800 calls and emails
4. Biweekly & Monthly Invoicing
5. Service call reporting / weekly and monthly
6. Daily call Log completion
7. Forward important calls and messages to owner directly
8. Conduct client surveys
9. Order supplies
10. Client follow ups
Candidate must be computer literate, knowledge of MS Outlook, have a working phone and Internet and the ability to send me txts and emails on the fly.
Quickbooks knowledge a plus !!!!
Must be professional speaking and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must be a people person.
Pay increase will be determined by performance and how far you want to go with a new small technology business on the rise.
