Finesse Technologies Installation and Support Services, LLC was formed by Akil Drayton in 2008. It started as a telecommunications installation company and grew into a full IT solutions company and managed service provider. Headquarters is in Tampa, with offices in Paterson, Sint Maarten, and Trinidad and Tobago.

The work covers telecom, healthcare networks, phone systems, surveillance, hosting, websites, and the standing support plans. FTISS is a Verizon Master Solutions Agent in Passaic County, and announced an Insperity partnership in 2018.
